Do you like whimsical bags?

Much like the owner of this blog?

If so, ASOS has some really nice ones now, from ALDO, that you might want to take a look at.

The ALDO champagne bag would be a great choice for New Year's Eve, if you ask me, or why not other festive occasions as well?

The ALDO clock bag, on the other hand, is pretty much great all year round.

Both very whimsical and very, very cute, but as a champagne lover, I must admit I am more drawn to the champagne bag personally.

My 2 new handbags

I was sure I had blogged about these 2 bags when they were first added to ASOS, but I see now that I didn't, so what better time than the present to show them off to you?

I love quirky handbags, as you may know, but I also love sweet things (a lot! Just ask my husband if you don't believe me!), so a clutch bag that looks like a donut is right up my alley:

As is a bag that looks like a milkshake:

So of course I had to have these. I just ordered them from ASOS this morning.

Another great bag for Halloween

Besides Charlotte Olympia's Boo bag, that I wrote about in the previous post, is ASOS's Pumpkin bag.

I like this so much I think I will get it myself! The only thing I am kind of bummed about is that I won't get it in Halloween. But I guess I can always carry it next year!

New bag show off: My ASOS speech bubble clutch

Time to show off another one of my new bags, the speech bubble clutch I got on the ASOS sale a while ago.
I've been into speech bubble clutches since Sophia Webster started making them, but I was never so into them that I wanted to splurge on a real Sophia Webster one, so the ASOS "copy" seemed like a good compromise.

And the clutch is quite cute in real life too, and roomier than you would think I would say.
Unfortunately this bag has some silver parts though, which are not super noticeable, but still there, and they look a bit plasticky, I would say. But other than that, this clutch is just as I hoped it would be, and I will definitely be carrying it around as soon as I can figure out what kind of an outfit it goes with....

New bag show off: New Look bag from ASOS

Time to show off another new bag, just like in the previous post, because I have been getting quite a lot of new bags lately. This time, I wanted to show you a cheapie bag I got, because I found a pair of pretty matching wedges as well. It's a bag from New Look, that I got on ASOS, and it's pretty small, but still fits a lot of stuff, well all the stuff I need to carry around with me anyway.
So I am very pleased with this bag, my first experience with New Look actually, and I do think I will be carrying it on it's own too, not just to have something that matches my shoes.

Cute totes from Talented Totes

If you like simple cotton totes, but with a funny twist, these white totes from Talented Totes, for sale over at ASOS right now here, here and here, might be for you:

I personally prefer the Chanel one, very cute! But aren't they all?

My newest clutch

(just ordered off the ASOS sale, which has a lot of really great deals!) is actually a clutch I have blogged about before, here.

So I highly recommend everyone to check if any of the bags they have been eyeing for a while have gone on sale, I was quite happy to see this so heavily discounted, to be honest!

ASOS & their new cartoon style slogan clutches

I've loved the Sophia Webster cartoon speech bubble clutches for ages now (as seen here), but haven't splurged on one, since I am trying to cut down on my collection of clutches. (Clutches are simply not very practical for my day to day life, I need way bigger bags for that!)

But now ASOS has 2 rather quite budget alternatives to the £300 Sophia Webster clutches: An OMG clutch:
And a Shhhh clutch:
Both really cute if you ask me. And for £28 instead of £300! So what's to stop one from getting both?

My new studded clutch

As some of you may remember, I have quite a few bags from ASOS. (For those of you who don't, you can see some examples here, here and here)

And since I've been so happy with all these bags, I decided to get another one.

This time, I went for a studded suede clutch:

Very on trend for this fall, I would say. And I have gotten some other studded items as well, so I have quite a few things to match this clutch with, actually.

Another cute mint green bag by ASOS

ASOS have been really on trend lately, with all the pastel colored bags they have been coming out with lately, and specifically all the cute mint green bags they have been bringing out (I recently got one myself, see it here)
And now they've brought out another one, a clutch this time:

I love it, and I am seriously considering getting this one too.

Finally got myself a mint green bag!

So after ranting on and on about mint green as a hot color for bags this coming sping for a while, I finally got myself one. One that has been previously mentioned on this blog, even.

Yes, that's right. I got this bag from ASOS because I love not only the color of it, but also the texture. Very Bottega Veneta'ish, don't you think?

I actually have several bags from ASOS already and I've always been pleasantly surprised by them. The quality is actually loads better than you'd expect from a brand like this! So I can honestly recommend ASOS handbags to everyone.

Handbag fruit theme over at ASOS

If you are into whimsical ideas and themes for your handbags, you might be interested in knowing that ASOS currently has a lot of fruit themed items for handbags out right now.
You can choose between handbag charms:

And a cute pineapple bag:

Personally, I am not that much of a whimsical person, so whimsical things like these are not really for me, but I really do enjoy seeing others use bags and handbag charms like these!

(you can find the items pictured here, here, here and here)

Cute mint green bag for spring

Mint green is one of the hottest colors for the upcoming spring, and this is one of the cutest, cheap bags in this color I've seen so far:

It's available for a mere 35 GBP over at ASOS, and I do believe I will be getting one of these myself!

Another neon pink laser cut clutch

Remember my neon pink laser cut clutch from ASOS that I got a while ago? Well, I saw that ASOS is now selling another version of this bag, that actually looks even nicer! So if you are on the lookout for a laser cut bag in pink, I highly recommend that you check this one out:

I think it looks great, plus it is not as flat as the one I got (which was the only negative thing I had to say about it), so it looks like a really good buy to me!

My new black basic leather bag

I promised a while ago to actually blog about some of my own new bags. So let's start the weekend off by doing just that!
First of all, my neon pink clutch bag from ASOS finally arrived.
It looks really cute in real life too, even though it is slightly larger than I expected, and maybe the material could be a bit sturdier as well, but other than that I am really pleased with it.

I also got a nice present for the holidays from my dear husband, who of course knows of my fondness for handbags. He chose a pretty basic, but pretty black leather handbag for me to use every day for work.
That was actually exactly what I needed. I do have some black every day work bags, but they are all getting a bit worn, so a new one was a really welcome addition to my collection.
The bag is made by a local Israeli designer, so no big name brand, but the quality seems to be rather high.

Christopher Kane laser cut clutch copy for a steal!

I've blogged about these gorgeous Christopher Kane laser cut clutches before, because I think they are really cool.
Since I am the kind of person that only carries clutches for parties and similar though (never for work or just running around doing errands, I need a much bigger bag for that!), I couldn't quite justify buying such an expensive "fun" clutch, since I knew I wouldn't use it very often.

But I still couldn't forget those Christopher Kane cuties, which is why I was very happy when I saw that ASOS has some pretty cute copies of them:

Unlike the Christopher Kane bags, that are available in several different colors, the ASOS version just comes in pink though.

Since the pink one was my favorite anyway, I decided to get one. Looking forward to this arriving a lot!
