I have fallen in love

With Swedish model Anine Bing's adorable bag from Urban Expressions. Stylish, yet not over the top and a great color too.
However, I am not be able to find this bag for sale anywhere online. So if anyone knows where I can get this, please let me know!

I will be posting pics of some bags I got as presents for the holidays soon, so if you are more interested in the bags I actually already own, as opposed to those I simply covet, check bag in a day or two!

Christopher Kane laser cut clutch copy for a steal!

I've blogged about these gorgeous Christopher Kane laser cut clutches before, because I think they are really cool.
Since I am the kind of person that only carries clutches for parties and similar though (never for work or just running around doing errands, I need a much bigger bag for that!), I couldn't quite justify buying such an expensive "fun" clutch, since I knew I wouldn't use it very often.

But I still couldn't forget those Christopher Kane cuties, which is why I was very happy when I saw that ASOS has some pretty cute copies of them:

Unlike the Christopher Kane bags, that are available in several different colors, the ASOS version just comes in pink though.

Since the pink one was my favorite anyway, I decided to get one. Looking forward to this arriving a lot!

Sailor inspired canvas bag by Yves Saint Laurent

I am far from a sailor myself, but I love nautical pieces for some reason. So of course I adore this gorgeous canvas bag with a nautical feel by Yves Saint Laurent, currently available at Net-a-Porter.

It would be perfect for my upcoming cruise actually!

Blue wonder

Bottega Veneta keeps amazing me every year. They just keep making more and more amazing bags all the time.
One of their latest bags is this Intrecciato silk-moire knot clutch, in an absolutely gorgeous color:

Fun pyramid shaped Jil Sander clutch

I love bags that are classic and timeless yet have something usual about them, that sets them apart. This Jil Sander leather pyramid clutch is a great example of such a bag, since the shape makes it unique but Jil Sander did not go over the top with this one, making it too bold or cooky. I love it!

Fun MICHAEL Michael Kors bag

I love this Hamilton trompe l'oeil cotton-canvas tote by MICHAEL Michael Kors.

It is so much fun and looks very much more elegant than regular canvas bags, so it will dress up a rather casual outfit, yet still be appropriate since it is basically a casual kind of bag.

Awesome new 3.1 Phillip Lim bag

I just saw this amazing Pashli croc-effect leather tote from 3.1 Phillip Lim on Net-a-Porter. I think it is gorgeous, both when it comes to material and the shape. A real classic!

Cute pink bejewelled clutch

I like sparkly things. I like pink things. I like hearts. So yeah, I do like this jewelled pink clutch that I ran into recently:
It's definitely the perfect clutch for a date or why not for Valentine's Day?

Another new beauty from Net-a-Porter

Wristlets are not really my thing. I mean, I know it is practical and all, but I just prefer my clutch bags to be more sleek. But this Burberry wristlet is so gorgeous I would definitely make an exception for it!

I absolutely love the colors and the details, so cute!

Gorgeous newbie at Net-a-Porter

I love black bags, because they go with so many things, but sadly, black bags can often be a bit too plain. This is why I always get excited when I see really unusual and cool black bags, such as this black Alaia cutout tote that just came in over at Net-a-Porter.

I think it is really cool, and I love how roomy it is too!

Marion Cotillard shot for Dior handbags

I love Marion Cotillard, I think she is just so beautiful and classy too. So I love that she is fronting Dior handbags these days.

This shot, taken in Hollywood, turned out just fantastic! And that is despite the bag itself not being very spectacular....

Well done, Marion!

Some goodies from the Prada Resort Collection 2012

I love how colorful they are!
And needless to say, the bag charms are really cute as well! (I have two Prada charms for my bags already, but certainly would not mind getting some more)

Versace for H&M handbags

As most people interested in fashion already know, Versace has collaborated with H&M, and the Versace for H&M line will hit the H&M stores worldwide on November 17th. The line has some bags as well, but I have to say I am not very impressed!

These bags are just too bling-bling and frankly, rather cheap looking too, so I highly doubt I will be getting any of these, even if I normally adore H&M's designer collaborations.

Kim Kardashian with a gorgeous blue Balenciaga bag

I really adore these bags, and they are gorgeous in neutrals as well, but somehow, some fun color makes them even more gorgeous!

Happy Halloween!

I think the ultimate Halloween handbags have to be the Alexander McQueen skull bags, but if you are not a fan, this spider themed one is pretty cute too.

Adorable Mulberry bag with colored gemstones

I've liked Mulberry bags for years. I think they are just such classics, and I really admire how Mulberry is able to come up with so many ways to stay true to their roots and their unique style, without looking the same each time. One way Mulberry has re-invented themselves lately is with this Lily With Gems embellished suede shoulder bag:

I think it is just adorable, and I love how all the gemstones are in different colors (click on the pictures to enlarge them if you can't see that). I've always been a sucker for multicolored things, but often it can look a bit cheap to mix a lot of colors together. But not when Mulberry does it, of course!

Gorgeous Celine handbag

Found on Sofi's blog.

I love how ladylike it is, and I have been a huge fan of Celine bags for years now. (Not to mention that my favorite wallet EVER was a Celine one, that broke a few years ago, and I have never been able to replace it with something as nice since).

Gorgeous new Alexander McQueen clutch

Sadly, but not very surprisingly it is already sold out at Net-a-Porter, so I am not sure if it is possible to get it right now.

Kim Kardashian's gorgeous turquoise Chanel bag

Kim Kardashian has a really nice collection of handbags. She was recently spotted with this turquoise Chanel bag, that I just adore, for instance.
These bags are really stunning on their own, but I think they are even more fun in bright colors. And I have to say, I haven't seen very many turquoise ones so far.

Another new bag I got

A cheapie, this time, from Forever21.

It's called the Colorful Matelassé Handbag, and costs just $12.80.

It's kind of small, as you can see, but I actually need more fun, small bags, so this should be a great addition to my collection.

My latest handbag

I haven't really been buying bags lately, but I did buy one on Ebay recently. I totally adore the Missoni for Target line, and that line also has some bags in it, like this cute clutch:
So I got it. Along with the matching flats.

Really looking forward to recieving this one in the mail!

Intrecciato leather tote by Bottega Veneta

I love the simplicity of Bottega Veneta handbags. They are just timeless somehow, but still incredibly luxurious and classy. This Intrecciato leather tote is a fantastic example of that!

Anne Hathaway is the new face of Tod's

Quite a surprising choice, I think, but great gig for Anne, of course.
I actually do not own even one Tod's bag so far, I have just never ran into the perfect one at the right time, but my sister owns several, which she loves. And I will definitely get a pair of Tod's driving shoes when I am a bit older, such a classic look!

Adorable teal gem

I love teal as a color, and have for years. That's why it's kind of surprising I don't have more teal bags. (I just have one so far)

But I certainly wouldn't mind getting a few more, especially not if they are as cute as this Chloe Marcie Small leather satchel (which doesn't look that small to me, by the way!):

The shape is great, the color is fantastic and the size looks quite good to me too!

Paris Hilton with cute unidentified bag

I have to say I love Paris Hilton's bag in this pic, but I have no idea who makes it.
So if anyone does know, you are more than welcome to tell me!

(the rest of her outfit is cute too, which is pretty rare for her, so it seems Paris has stepped up her style lately)

One of the prettiest handbags I have seen for quite some time

If you know me AT ALL, you know that Alexander McQueen was my favorite designer of all time, and the brand still remains my absolute favorite today. And I love that typical Alexander McQueen style, with all the skulls and fun details. (I have quite a few skull pieces myself!)

So it's no wonder I absolutely LOVE this gorgeous brocade clutch from the brand:

I think it has to be one of the hottest, if not THE hottest bag of the season! It's simply perfection if you ask me. Alexander McQueen succeeds again!

An evening bag that looks like a day bag. But smaller!

I like unexpected things, and based on the fabric this Mini Sweet Charity glitter and suede bag by Christian Louboutin is made of, I kind of thought it was a slightly bigger day bag. Doesn't the suede look kind of like a traditional houndstooth patterned fabric, the kind you usually see on day bags old ladies have?

I guess that's where the impression came from...

But the surprising part is, this is actually not a day bag or even a very big bag at all!
I have to admit this fabric is probably not one I would personally have chosen if given a choice for an evening bag or a small bag like that, but that's the great thing about designer handbags: sometimes designers think of the most awesome things us average Joes don't!

And I have to say, the gold details make all the difference!
