Kate Spade has some new champagne bags

As a lover of champagne, it is no wonder I am immediately drawn to champagne themed bags when I see them. I have mentioned some pretty cool champagne themed bags here on the blog before, see this and this for instance, but I just noticed Kate Spade has two really nice new champagne themed bags out now too.

But this one is pretty cool, too. (I love the message on it!)

And I really think this year I need to have a champagne bag for New Year's Eve!

The amazing Judith Leiber globe clutch

I lvoe globes of all kinds, I even collect the classic world globes, and as you know, I am quite a big fan of bags as well, so what could be a better combination for me than a globe clutch bag?

And Judith Leiber has created just that!

I find it simply amazing, there is no other word for it!

The only thing that could make this bag better is if the sea would have been blue on it, like on a classic globe, and I must say I am kind of curious as to why Judith Leiber chose not to make it blue.

If so, may I suggest Disaster Design's Once Upon A Time Hansel and Gretel Mini House Bag?

I think it is absolutely adorable, and due to the gingerbread aspect, quite suitable for Christmas as well!

Like Disney cartoons?

If so, you simply must take a look at Olympia Le Tan's amazing cartoon themed clutch collection.

You can choose from book cluthes depicting Dumbo, 101 Dalmatians, The Lady and the Tramp and Bambi, and every small detail on these clutches is simply gorgeous!

I want all of these to be honest! And I already have a bunch of book clutches! (although no cartoon themed ones, to be honest)

Charlotte Olympia's Mexican bag collection

I think this collection of bags is really, really fun. Although maybe not that useful, because where would you take all these Mexican bags, and not feel a bit ridiculous about it?

Charlotte Olympia actually branded this as a Cruise Collection, so she intends it for Mexican holidays, which is a nice idea, but wouldn't that just make you feel a bit too touristy?

I do think these bags would be really fun for Mexican themed parties, though, but how often does one go to those?

If so, Charlotte Olympia's new Gold Bar clutch bag might be a good choice for you. Because what can be more luxurious than pure gold?

Not that this clutch is made out of pure gold, of course, but it certainly looks like it is! And to be honest, it has a price tag to go along with the look... But then again, most Charlotte Olympia bags do...

My new Furla bag

My husband was travelling for business and was kind enough to get me a present from a duty free store. Since he knows how much I like handbags, and had heard me mention the timeless and classic, as well as affordable brand Furla in the past, he decided to get me a Furla bag.

It turned out to be a black, rather classic model, which was great for me, since I have been using my black small Longchamp Le Pliage bag way too much lately. However, since that bag is the smallest available Longchamp bag, it does not fit everything I need it to fit all the time, even though it swallows an impressive amount of stuff, considering its small size. So it was great to get a slightly bigger bag, but not a huge one, since this is really the size I needed the most at the moment. So while this was a present, it is something I would have chosen myself as well!

I am sure I will get quite a lot of use out of this one, considering its classic shape and color, as well as how much I have used the other Furla bag I own (see that one here). So sometimes it definitely pays off to teach your husband about your bag obsession, as well as about different handbag brands you like, hehe!
