The amazing Judith Leiber globe clutch

I lvoe globes of all kinds, I even collect the classic world globes, and as you know, I am quite a big fan of bags as well, so what could be a better combination for me than a globe clutch bag?

And Judith Leiber has created just that!

I find it simply amazing, there is no other word for it!

The only thing that could make this bag better is if the sea would have been blue on it, like on a classic globe, and I must say I am kind of curious as to why Judith Leiber chose not to make it blue.

The museum I most want to visit right now...

... is of course the Leiber Museum, a museum I didn't even know existed until I read this article in the Wall Street Journal, about how Judith Leiber is buying her own bags, so that she can put them on display in the museum.

While Judith Leiber bags are not my favorite bags, and I don't even own one of these bags (they are insanely expensive, so can you blame me, really?), I do think they are very well made and iconic, so I think it would be really interesting to see several of them up close.

If you'd like to visit the museum too, or just read some more about it, a great place to start is the museum's website.

But the most appropriate bag for this time of year...

... has to be this gift clutch by Judith Leiber, that I just spotted over at BagBliss:
Very cute!

I hope all my readers had a good time during the holidays and that you might even have gotten some bags as presents!

Katy Perry's adorable cake slice clutch

Katy Perry was spotted with an absolutely adorable clutch at the premiere of her very own movie a while ago.

As most people who are into bags can probably guess, this bag is of course a Judith Leiber, which means it will cost you an arm and a leg, and possibly even more. But I would say if you have a bag budget that can squeeze that in, it is totally worth it!
(Unfortunately I don't though...)

Fishy!

I don't like most Judith Leiber clutches to be honest, most of them are a bit too over the top for my taste. But this Fish fine crystal-embellished clutch is really adorable!
